Lakeside Villa Cologny

About This Project

This villa development project, in its initial design stages, is located in Cologny overlooking the beautiful Lake Geneva.

Boasting contemporary architecture and situated in one of the most notable villa communities, its access road is not visible thanks to blackout windows and appealing concrete façades. The front of the property enjoys large full height windows that allow fabulous views over the lake from various rooms on both floors. With a total of 800m² of living space and approximately 4000m² of land, it is truly unique.

The ground floor features a beautiful double-height entrance with artwork and a feature staircase. A formal reception lounge with grand piano opens into a garden lounge and dining area. There’s a generous study with fireplace, an entertainment lounge with pool table, a large dining area with open kitchen, plus a cold storage room and pantry. A side entrance from the outside parking area opens directly into a storage room behind the kitchen. There are two powder rooms, and a lift provides access from the underground garage to the ground and first floors.

An attached wing features a children’s playroom on the ground floor and a larger children’s room on the first floor.

The first floor includes two large children’s rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. A guest bedroom and a 150m² master suite take full advantage of the views over a 15 metre-long window frontage. The master bedroom enjoys a generous and comfortable lounge, a grand entrance, two generous his and hers dressing rooms, and a gorgeous bathroom.

The architecture and interior design were commissioned by London-based Jeannet, a company that delivers high-end projects throughout the world, from Miami to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Megève and Vienna. With their expert designers bringing unmatched passion and creativity to the architecture and space-planning, the villa will be a true one-of-a-kind.

Construction is set to start in 2017.
